Shipping Rates
- Continental United States (lower 48 states + DC): Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery 5-8 business days from ship date.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands: $9.99 standard shipping. Estimated delivery 8-10 business days from ship date.
- Canada: $19.99 standard shipping. Estimated delivery 10-14 business days from ship date. Customs duties and import taxes may be assessed by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
Presale Shipping
Books from presale orders ship approximately 30 days after the print run is delivered from our printer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Post-Launch Shipping
Once books are in stock, orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the timeframes described above, contact info@nextstepspublishing.net.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your book arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for instructions. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact info@nextstepspublishing.net within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Ebook Delivery
Ebooks are delivered electronically via BookFunnel. You will receive a download link by email shortly after purchase. No physical shipping applies to ebook orders.
