We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Next Steps Publishing. The following policy applies to all orders placed through nextstepspublishing.net.

Presale Orders

All orders placed during a presale window are final sale and non-returnable. Presale pricing reflects a discount in exchange for accepting this condition. Books from presale orders ship approximately 30 days after the print run is delivered from our printer.

Post-Launch Orders — Hardcover Books

For orders placed after the official launch date:

  • You may return a hardcover book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • The book must be returned in resalable condition: undamaged, unmarked, with original dust jacket intact and pages clean.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned book.

To initiate a return, email info@nextstepspublishing.net with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged in Transit

If your book arrives damaged from shipping, contact info@nextstepspublishing.net within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement copy at no charge. Damaged books do not need to be returned.

Ebook Orders

Ebook purchases (delivered via BookFunnel) are final sale. Due to the digital nature of the product, ebooks cannot be returned once the download link has been issued. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact info@nextstepspublishing.net for assistance.

Wholesale and Library Orders

Wholesale orders placed through IngramSpark are non-returnable per the terms of our Ingram distribution agreement. Library and institutional purchasers should refer to the terms of their IngramSpark order.
